Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Most requests have a two week turn around unless requested sooner. Please message us with special accommodations. 

Please keep in mind that these cups are had crafted and coated. No two sets will be exactly the same but I do take my pride in doing the best work I can and enjoy what I do.  If you have any issues with order please feel free and reach out before leaving a bad review.
